By enrolling in or paying for any astrology course, program, or service offered through thelunarchild.com and/or by communicating with Lauren Cummings, you are attesting that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following Terms of Service and Legal Disclaimer.

Refund Policy
• All course purchases are final. There are no refunds (0%) once you enroll. Please be certain before making your purchase.

Payment Policies

• All courses must be paid for in full prior to access. Payment plans, if offered, must be completed as agreed.
• By enrolling, you agree to select your preferred payment option (pay-in-full or payment plan, when available) at the time of purchase. Once chosen, this option is binding and must be fulfilled in its entirety.

• In the event of a failed payment, access to course materials may be paused until payment is completed. Continued failure to fulfill payment obligations may result in permanent removal from the program without refund of amounts already paid.

Confidentiality
• In honor of standardized professional practices, all coaching sessions and group containers are confidential, except in exceptional circumstances of legal jeopardy or when issues of personal safety arise for either the client or a third party.

Entertainment Disclosure
• In some jurisdictions, astrologers and tarot readers are required to disclose that all services are for entertainment purposes only. You are hereby informed that this applies to all services, programs, and courses provided through this site and Lauren Cummings’ social media platforms.

Scope of Services
• While Lauren Cummings teaches and guides to the best of her ability, 100% accuracy in interpretation cannot be guaranteed. You may not always hear what you are expecting.
• No reading, course, or coaching session is intended to replace professional services including, but not limited to: medical, legal, financial, business, psychological, or counseling.

While Lauren Cummings holds a Licensed Clinical Social Worker credential, all services offered through The Lunar Child are educational and coaching in nature, not clinical mental health services. No client/therapist relationship is formed.

Liability
• Lauren Cummings and thelunarchild.com accept no liability for any actions or decisions a client or student chooses to take based on courses, readings, coaching, or content created by Lauren Cummings (including but not limited to videos, posts, or blogs).

Respect & Anti-Harassment
• Verbal abuse or harassment of any kind toward Lauren Cummings is unacceptable and will result in immediate termination of services without refund.

Right to Refuse Service
• Lauren Cummings reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at her discretion.

Copyright & Confidentiality
• Copyright and confidentiality laws apply. Course materials may not be published, shared, displayed, distributed, or archived without written permission from Lauren Cummings.
• Social media content may be shared only with proper attribution.
